When your whole smile needs a fresh start
Full mouth rehabilitation isn't for one missing tooth or one broken filling. It's for the smiles that have quietly deteriorated over decades. Worn-down teeth from grinding. Old crowns and bridges that have failed. Multiple missing teeth, gum recession, a collapsed bite. The kind of mouth that no single treatment can fix.
We approach it as a full rebuild. Every surface, every bite contact, every aesthetic detail planned together so the finished result works as a whole. Patients from Stratford, East Village, Forest Gate, Hackney, Leyton, Wanstead, East Ham, Plaistow and Canary Wharf come to us for this work, often after being told elsewhere it's too complex.

What is full mouth rehabilitation?
Full mouth rehabilitation is exactly what it sounds like — rebuilding the entire mouth, top and bottom, when several things need fixing at once. It usually combines a few treatments rather than one. That might mean implants for missing teeth, crowns to repair worn or broken teeth, veneers for the front, gum treatment to get everything healthy first, and aligners to straighten teeth where the bite is off.
The point of doing it as one planned rebuild rather than treatment by treatment is that every part of the mouth works together. Sorting one issue at a time often causes new ones. Sorting it all together gives you a smile that looks right, feels right and lasts.

Dr Maria Mitran
Dr Maria is our restorative dentist and registered manager. Full mouth rehabilitation is one of her core areas of work, alongside complex restorative cases and cosmetic dentistry.
She plans every full mouth case from start to finish, working closely with our oral surgeon and orthodontist where needed. Her approach is unhurried and methodical. The rebuilds she designs are made to last, both functionally and aesthetically.
Dr Ionel Nistor
Dr Ionel is our oral surgeon. Where full mouth rehabilitation involves implants, surgical removals or bone work, Dr Nistor handles the surgical side.
He qualified in Romania in 2011 and has since completed a Master's in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Surgery in London, a postgraduate certificate in Implantology, and additional training with leading academies in Switzerland and the UK. He's known for meticulous, considered surgical work.

One team. One plan. One smile.
Full mouth rehabilitation at My E20 Dentist is led by Dr Maria Mitran, with Dr Ionel Nistor handling the surgical phase where required.
The advantage of this setup is continuity. You're not bouncing between different practices and different opinions. The same team plans, executes and refines your case from your first consultation to the day you leave with your finished smile. Patients tell us this is the single biggest reason they trust us with work this significant.

Your full mouth rehabilitation journey
A full rebuild is a journey rather than a single appointment. Here's how we'll guide you through it.

Your consultation and assessment
You'll meet Dr Mitran for a thorough look at your teeth, gums, bite and any existing dental work. We'll take any X-rays or scans we need (£15 per small X-ray, £60 for a full-mouth X-ray, £200 for a 3D scan).

Your written treatment plan
We pull everything together into a clear, fully costed plan. You'll see exactly what's involved, in what order, over what timeframe and at what cost. No surprises.

Stabilisation
First we make sure your mouth is healthy. That means treating any gum disease, removing teeth that genuinely can't be saved, and dealing with any infections. This phase sets the foundation for everything that follows.

The rebuild
Next comes the structural work. This is where any implants, root canals or repairs to broken teeth are carried out. Depending on the case, this phase can take a few months.

Your finished smile
Finally, we fit the visible part of your new smile. Crowns, veneers, bridges or implant-supported teeth, all custom-made to suit you. We finish with an aftercare plan to protect the result for years to come.

What's typically included in a full mouth rehabilitation
Every case is unique, but a rehabilitation may include:
You'll receive a detailed plan and full cost breakdown after your consultation.

Why choose My E20 Dentist for this work
Full mouth rehabilitation is the kind of dentistry where experience genuinely matters. A few reasons patients choose us:
A team that includes a restorative dentist, an oral surgeon, a specialist orthodontist and a principal dentist, all working under one roof. Premium implant systems from Sweden and Martina, Bredent and Megagen. Modern 3D imaging from Acteon for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning. Long opening hours, including evenings and weekends, so treatment fits around your life. A genuine commitment to building long-term relationships with patients, not transactional appointments.

Nervous about a treatment this big?
Full mouth rehabilitation is a serious commitment, and the size of it puts a lot of people off. That's understandable. The scale only feels manageable when the plan is clear and the team is right. Our job is to make this feel like a journey rather than a procedure.
We pace the treatment around you. We explain every stage. We answer questions for as long as you need to ask them. By the time work starts, you should feel confident in what's happening and why.

Spreading the cost
Full mouth rehabilitation is a significant investment, and we'll help you plan it financially as well as clinically. We offer 0% APR finance on treatments over £1,000, with payments spread over up to 12 months and a £500 deposit.
Many patients choose to phase their treatment so the cost is spread naturally over the course of the rebuild. Full per-treatment pricing is on our fees page.
Frequently asked questions
Most cases take between six months and two years depending on what's involved. Cases without implants are usually faster. Cases involving implants and bone work take longer because of the healing time required between phases.
Sedation is something we plan to offer in the near future. In the meantime, all surgical work is carried out under local anaesthesia, and we'll make every effort to keep the experience as comfortable as possible.
No. Treatment is planned so you always have something in place, whether that's a temporary tooth, an immediate denture or a temporary bridge. Walking around without teeth isn't part of the plan.
For most patients, yes, by a long way. Dentures are a removable replacement. Full mouth rehabilitation is a fixed, functional rebuild that lets you eat, speak and smile without thinking about your teeth. The difference in day-to-day life is significant.
We see complex cases every week. Bone loss, multiple failed restorations, advanced gum disease and historic dental damage are all things we're set up to handle. Come in for a consultation and we'll give you an honest answer about what's possible.
